When Dr. Ellen Sanders (Toni Collette), a prominent Washington D.C. surgeon, is handpicked to operate on the President of the United States (James Naughton), rogue FBI agent Duncan Carlisle and a group of armed intruders invade her home and hold her and her family captive.
