CBS Daytime Has Big Plans To Celebrate 30 Years At No. 1

Ready to celebrate your favorite TV shows?
CBS Daytime is commemorating 30 years at No. 1 with a variety of celebrations throughout the year and wants you to join the fun. From special TV appearances to can't-miss events, there are plenty of ways to get in on the action!
"CBS Daytime's schedule of top-rated, award-winning programs have been a daily destination for viewers for more than three decades, becoming part of the fabric of America in the process," said Angelica McDaniel, Executive Vice President, Daytime Programs, CBS Entertainment. "We have the best fans in television who join us every day to laugh, love, chat and cheer. Our celebration of 30 years at No. 1 honors the hard work of our cast, staff and crew and thanks our audience for their passion and loyalty."
When does it all start? The network kicks off the celebration on Monday, Oct. 10 when talent from its five award-winning series, Let's Make A Deal, The Price Is Right, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful and The Talk appear on each other's shows.
Take a look at what's coming up:
Monday Oct. 10: The Price Is Right, (11:00 AM, ET; 10:00 AM, PT) features CBS Daytime talent including The Talk's Julie Chen and Sharon Osbourne; Peter Bergman, Joshua Morrow, and Jason Thompson from The Young and the Restless; Pierson Fodé, Katherine Kelly Lang, and Heather Tom from The Bold and the Beautiful; and Tiffany Coyne and Jonathan Mangum from Let's Make A Deal.
Tuesday Oct. 11: Let's Make A Deal celebrates #1for30 with a special appearance from The Talk's Sheryl Underwood.
Wednesday Oct. 12: The Talk (2:00 PM, ET; 1:00 PM, PT) welcomes talent from CBS Daytime past and present, including actors from The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, As The World Turns and Guiding Light.
The Price Is Right's George Gray appears on The Young and the Restless (12:30 PM, ET; 11:30 AM PT) as a GC Buzz employee.
Thursday, Oct. 13: Sheryl Underwood reprises her role as "Emmy" on The Bold and the Beautiful (1:30 PM, ET; 12:30 PM, PT).
Friday, Oct. 14: The Young and the Restless features The Price Is Right's Amber Lancaster who will model in a 'Bare by Brash and Sassy' commercial.
In addition, CBS Daytime is unveiling the special exhibit, "CBS Daytime #1 For 30 Years," at Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, Calif., honoring the Network's five current shows, as well as legacy programs, including As The World Turns and Guiding Light. The exhibit, which runs Oct. 12 - Nov. 27, includes original set pieces, one-of-a-kind memorabilia and interactive elements to give fans a unique, hands-on experience. Also, four consecutive weeks of special panels are planned, featuring talent and executives from the CBS Daytime lineup.
At the Paley Center for Media "#1 For 30 Years" event, fans have the opportunity to interact with their favorite shows, up close and personal. The talent and producers from CBS Daytime shows will take the stage in a series of panel Q&A discussions that are open to the public. More details will be available shortly.

CBS Daytime ended the full 52-week 2015-2016 broadcast year at No. 1 for the 30th consecutive year, one of the longest winning streaks in television history, which began in 1986. Be sure to tune-in for all the festive celebrations!
