Before Brad Culpepper, former Survivor: Blood Vs. Water castaway and NFL player, joins a new season full of game changers, he's taking some time to break down the kind of strategy he plans to take with him to Fiji.

During Season 27, Brad competed with his wife Monica and was the leader of the Tadhana Tribe until his gameplay started to alienate him from his alliance and he was later blindsided by the people he trusted the most.

However, this time around, Brad's considering taking the backseat and letting the more boisterous one- and two-time winners run the show.

That way, Brad can appear less threatening and swoop in when the season calls for a real shake-up in power.

He's hoping his new (and hopefully unexpected) approach will endear him into an alliance with female castaways like Debbie Wanner (Season 32), Sandra Diaz-Twine (Seasons 7 and 20), and Michaela Bradshaw (Season 33), which will allow him to stay longer in the game.

How will this athletic competitor manage to maintain confidence when he's neck and neck with Survivor's best?
