When Devon found out his advantage was actually a disadvantage.

In the fourth episode of the season, Jessica was given the opportunity to block a person from voting at the next Tribal Council and unfortunately for Devon, he was the chosen one.

When Devon finally opened the "advantage" at Tribal, he learned the shocking news that it was in fact a disadvantage and his vote didn't count.

His face says it all.

Limited food, sleep, and physical exhaustion has bad news written all over it, and that particular combination brought Cole to his knees in "This Is Why You Play Survivor."

When he passed out in front of his tribemates, everyone—including himself—was in awe of what just happened.

Luckily, he was given the proper attention and hydration to get back into the game and keep competing.

When Joe proudly wore his Idol at Tribal Council.

When Joe proudly wore his Idol at Tribal Council.

Openly wearing your Idol at Tribal Council is probably one of the boldest moves you can make on Survivor. It's basically owning your gameplay 100 percent and taunting, "Just try and take me out."

When Joe played the Idol for himself before the votes were even read, everyone was beyond shocked, even though Joe didn't receive any of the votes that night.

One of the most jaw-dropping Survivor moments of the season took place after a reward that had everyone eating pasta off the same plate.

Once a few of the castaways learned of the whereabouts of an Idol back at camp, the game was on.

That's when everyone rushed to the scene to get their hands on the prized possession, not knowing Ryan had already snatched it earlier.

When Ben had to sit out the loved ones visit.

During this season's loved ones visit, Ben was incredibly emotional thinking about spending quality time with his wife after the challenge.

However, once Chrissy took the victory and could hand-pick the castaways she want to come along on a relaxing excursion, Ben was bummed to learn he wasn't one of the lucky ones.

He sat quietly accepting the disappointing news, and no doubt reflecting on his earlier conflict with Chrissy that influenced her decision.

When a unanimous vote against Ben was successfully negated.

During one Tribal Council, Ben made a cunning game move when he played his Idol, negated all the votes against him, and sent Lauren home with just one vote.

What made this moment even cooler was that it was a Survivor first—not an easy accomplishment after 35 seasons!

It seemed as if getting the "Survivor Devil" out of the game was growing increasingly more difficult week after week.
