The premise behind Survivor: Ghost Island was that all-new castaways could try to reverse the curse of castaways past. This means there were relics from previous seasons of Survivor scattered across Fiji that could be found by the castaways and, hopefully, put to good use.

We're revisiting some of these memorable idols—real and fake—and, for a limited time, making their respective episodes from past seasons available for free on CBS All Access

Continue on for your own personal trip to Ghost Island and revisit some of the most iconic relics from Survivor's past.

Sierra Dawn Thomas' Legacy Advantage from Survivor: Game Changers

Sierra Dawn Thomas' Legacy Advantage from Survivor: Game Changers

Sierra found the Legacy Advantage on the very first day of Survivor: Game Changers, which allowed her to use for Immunity with either 12 or six castaways remaining.

The Legacy Advantage was ultimately willed to Sarah Lacina later in the season—after Sarah put on a clinic for deception—until it lay dormant on Ghost Island and was found by Jacob

Malcolm Freberg's Advantage from Survivor: Philippines

Malcolm Freberg's Advantage from Survivor: Philippines

In a very close Reward Challenge, Malcolm managed to win himself an Advantage that would help him in the final Immunity Challenge of Survivor: Philippines, essentially giving him a do-over should he fail the first time around.

Fail he did, but the Advantage didn't help after all—Malcolm still lost Immunity and became the latest member of the Jury.

Wendell would receive this same Advantage during Ghost Island, but the curse would not be reversed—Wendell would lose that Immunity Challenge to Dom.

After winning a Reward Challenge and getting a clue to a hidden Immunity Idol, Erik found the Idol and immediately handed it over to Andrea, a controversial decision amongst their allies.

Unfortunately, it didn't do Andrea any good—she was ultimately blindsided later that same episode with the Idol in her pocket. It remained hidden until discovered by Domenick at the Naviti camp during Ghost Island.

James Clement's hidden Immunity Idol from Survivor: China

James Clement's hidden Immunity Idol from Survivor: China

James managed to snag two hidden Immunity Idols during Survivor: China, but with much scrutiny from his tribe, thanks to not being able to effectively cover his tracks.

The tragic part is that James was blindsided later in the season, going home with both Idols unplayed, the only player in Survivor history to suffer that unfortunate fate.

On Ghost Island, one of James' Idols was found at the Malolo camp by Michael

Ozzy Lusth's fake hidden Immunity Idol from Survivor: Micronesia

Not all of Survivor's most memorable relics were actually legit. Such was the case for Survivor: Micronesia's fake Immunity Idol that Ozzy whipped up.

Although it didn't help his game in the long run, it still provided some laughs for the viewer. However, when Michael found it during Ghost Island, it had finally become a real Idol!

Sarah Lacina's Vote Steal from Survivor: Game Changers

Sarah Lacina's Vote Steal from Survivor: Game Changers

One of the most memorable moments of Survivor: Game Changers was when Michaela failed to notice a Secret Advantage hiding right under her nose, where it was instead grabbed by Sarah—which was then later instrumental in orchestrating Michaela's exit from the game.

On Ghost Island, Kellyn found Sarah's Vote Steal advantage—now simply an Extra Vote—and tried to use it to get Laurel out on a vote that ultimately went to Michael. During a trip to Ghost Island, Sebastian was awarded the advantage.

David Wright's fake Immunity Idol from Millennials vs. Gen X

David Wright's fake Immunity Idol from Millennials vs. Gen X

It takes a lot of great acting and convincing to successfully fool someone into actually using a fake Immunity Idol, but that's exactly why happened when David crafted a bogus Idol during Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X.

Jay found it hidden in a coconut and tried to use it at Tribal—only to find out that it was a fake and get his torch snuffed.

On Ghost Island, Domenick found the fake Idol—which was still a fake.

Erik Reichenbach's Immunity Necklace from Survivor: Micronesia

If ever there was a curse that needed to be reversed, it was Erik's shocking move from Survivor: Micronesia where he gave away his Individual Immunity and was subsequently voted out.

It was a risk that didn't pay off, but Wendell may have better luck—he found it during Ghost Island, where the necklace had become a hidden Immunity Idol.

Scot Pollard and Tai Trang's Immunity Idols from Survivor: Kaôh Rōng

Scot Pollard and Tai Trang's Immunity Idols from Survivor: Kaôh Rōng

Scot and Tai found hidden Immunity Idols that they soon learned could be combined into a Super Idol, which would allow them to use it after the votes were read at Tribal Council.

When Scot's name came up at Tribal, Tai refused to form the Super Idol and save his former ally, sending Scot packing.

On Ghost Island, Donathan was able to find both parts of the Super Idol, which had become a normal hidden Immunity Idol when combined.

J.T. Thomas' hidden Immunity Idol from Survivor: Game Changers

J.T. Thomas' hidden Immunity Idol from Survivor: Game Changers

It's one thing to miscalculate whether or not you need to use a Hidden Immunity Idol—it's another thing entirely to not even bring it to Tribal.

That's exactly what happened to J.T. Thomas during Survivor: Game Changers, and he was quickly sent packing.

The curse wasn't reversed after Chris found J.T.'s Idol during Ghost Island, as Chris opted not to play his Idol and was voted out, making him the first member of Ghost Island's Jury.
