Isaac yearns to enter the world of show business, and recruits the services of three dynamic women (The Pointer Sisters) to help him meet a famous manager (Jeff Cooper); Julie has a bittersweet reunion with her college sweetheart (David Hasselhoff) who wants to rekindle their relationship; and a man who is afraid of water (Louis Nye) takes the cruise with his girlfriend (Audra Lindley). In "ISAAC AND THE MERMAIDS," written by series star Ted Lange and Jean Ford, vhen Isaac spots Humphrey Clark (Jeff Cooper), a man who discovered a singing sensation, Isaac tries to get his attention by recruiting three cabin stewardesses (The Pointer Sisters) to sing with him so that he, too, can be discovered. Julie finds out that her former sweetheart (David Hasselhoff) cannot forget his former life, in "HUMPTY, DUMPTY," written by Ruth Brooks Flippen. Louis Nye stars as the "AQUAPHOBIC," written by co-producers R.S. Allen and Harvey Bullock. When Nye, as Glenn Dobson, boards the ship with his girlfriend (Audra Lindley), they cause havoc among the crew and passengers as he tries to overcome his biggest fear.
