The Price Is Right Fan Video Submission Terms And Conditions
Here's how to enter!

1. HOW. Record a 10-15 second horizontal video explaining what The Price is Right means to you or your family. Submit your group or individual video to PriceIsRightFans@gmail.com with your name and hometown in the body of the email by Friday September 24th 11:59PM ET.
2. WHAT. Submit videos of you and any other people who agree to let you submit the video and to let CBS use the video on-air and on CBS-owned social channels. Please don’t include any music, logos or brands, or anything offensive, indecent or in bad taste.
3. WHO. By submitting a video, you grant CBS (and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable license to use and otherwise exploit the video, and to use your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information, and that of any other person appearing in the video, in connection with the video, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity.
4. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
5. We need your assurances that you have all rights necessary to grant CBS permission to use your video and that your video does not violate any rights of third parties (including copyright). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBS, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, and each of their employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any liability based on CBS’s use of the video. You also waive the right to seek or obtain equitable or injunctive relief prohibiting cbs.com or other sites under its control from posting the video.
6. CBS is under no obligation to use your video in any way and may remove it from its sites at any time.
7. This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
