Posted on May 4, 2020 | 08:00am

1. HOW. Participants can participate in the Program by posting a picture or a video (no longer than 60 seconds) of yourself with the hashtag #TalkMayItForward as well as tagging @TheTalkCBS before May 31, 2020, via the user’s own personal social handles on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, honoring another person who has gone above and beyond during this time to pay it forward.

2. THE POST. Please don’t include any music, logos or brands, or anything offensive, indecent or in bad taste in the picture/video. By tagging the picture and/or video with @TheTalkCBS you grant CBS permission to use the picture or video on the TV show The Talk (the “Show”), at CBS’ sole discretion.

3. LICENSE. By posting a photo or video, you grant CBS (and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable license to use and otherwise exploit the picture or video, and to use your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information, and that of any other person appearing in the picture or video (which you hereby assure to have permission from), in connection with the picture or video, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity.

4. You hereby represent and agree that:

A. You are 18 years old or older, or age of majority in your state of residence, and a legal resident of the United States, to participate in the Program.

B. You have all rights necessary to grant CBS permission to use your picture or video on the Show and the CBS websites, and that your picture or video does not violate any rights of third parties (including copyright). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBS, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, and each of their employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any liability based on CBS’s use of the picture or video. You also waive the right to seek or obtain equitable or injunctive relief prohibiting the Show, or other sites under its control from posting the picture or video.

C. CBS is under no obligation to use your picture or video in any way, and CBS may remove it from the Show and/or its sites at any time.

D. This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
