This all-beef meatloaf starts by sautéing mushrooms and onions, then splashing in a bit red wine for a pop of flavor. Fresh thyme and rosemary, plus fontina cheese, adds more savoriness to this meaty dish. After cooking for about an hour, it's ready to serve with a salad and a glass of red wine.
