Talk Chow: An Impressive Roast for Entertaining

This roast starts by layering fennel and apple stuffing into a butterflied pork loin along with some thinly sliced prosciutto. Once it's rolled up and tied with twine, it's coated with a fennel and rosemary rub reminiscent of Italian sausage, and roasted. It takes a little effort, but your dinner guests will thank you.
