The Air We Breathe
Air pollution has gotten so bad that those of us who live in major cities live on average two to three years less than people who live in cities with cleaner air.
Thinking you'll just stay inside? Because of common household cleaners, pollutant levels in the average American home are actually two to five times higher than they are outdoors.
Yeah, I know, sounds pretty upbeat.
But did you know that you can clean pretty much anything in your home with an easy combination of equal parts white vinegar and warm water? Just mix them in a spray bottle and use them just like you would any other cleaner.
While we're all working on cleaning up the air outside, you can keep the inside of your home less toxic.
