This easy pork tenderloin only takes a few minutes to put together with flavorful results. Just stud the tenderloin with garlic, roast for 20 minutes, and brush with an apricot glaze. Pop it back in the oven to thicken the glaze and finish cooking the pork, and then it's ready to be sliced. Serve it with some roasted carrots or a spinach salad for a fast dinner option.
