"The Talk" guest co-hosts Rumer and Tallulah Willis open up about self-esteem and growing up in the public eye. Rumer says, "I used to, when I was younger, place so much value on the package, on how I looked on the outside. And I let so much of what people said... dictate how I felt about myself." Sister Tallulah adds about growing up with social media. "I'd be lying if I said it didn't really color my entire existence, being so young and honestly being bullied by adults and not having the understanding at 13. I believed that these people were objective. They don't love me. They aren't going to lie to me. So, as you do, you take in the negative. And you start with a narrative somewhat of that negative talk. I'm not enough; I'm not beautiful; I'm not okay. So when you find something that confirms that narrative, you're going to hold onto that." She adds, '[It's about] finding that acceptance with who you are as a human and being proud and being someone you want to be friends with."
