"The Talk" hosts discuss a former NBC staffer accusing Matt Lauer of rape in a new Ronan Farrow book and his former "Today" co-anchors reacting. Sharon Osbourne says, "You only see one side of somebody in a working environment... you never really know people you work with." Marie Osmond adds, "This whole thing is disturbing. For him to write his apology letter... it was just so graphic. Think about his poor children and his ex-wife and his co-workers. Mr. Lauer, l just don't want to know those things." Sheryl Underwood adds, "From the experience of things I've gone through personally, it appears that she was being groomed... then after the sex act occurs ... you no longer have control of your own thoughts and your feelings because you're being violated and manipulated."
