Actor Billy Baldwin and wife Chynna Phillips have children in the Los Angeles school system. He weighs in on the college bribery scam. "You know, it's tough. If somebody told me there's some guru in the UC system that used to work in admissions, they'll help your kids fill out applications, and by the way, it wouldn't hurt to give $100,00 to the university; that's one thing. It's bad enough because a lot of people don't have $100,000. But, if you're faking they are on the water polo team or they played a sport or that they have a disability, or you are paying somebody to take tests for them, you're taking away a slot from someone who earned that or deserved that," says Baldwin. "I'm always trying to like, find an angle, tutors and everything, to help my kids chances because I went to college. Chynna didn't go to college and didn't graduate from high school. It's funny, if I go away on the road, the kids never go to school... We're a good team, apart we're a mess, together we're good."
