"Home Work: A Memoir of My Hollywood Years" Friday on "The Talk." Looking back at her very first love scene with actor James Garner, Sheryl Underwood asks, "Did he make you weak at the knees?" "Yeah, he did. As I'm sure he did all of you," replies Andrews. Reflecting on her longtime friendship with Carol Burnett, she says, "Carol was the first person I told, next to my husband, that I was pregnant. And she is [daughter] Emma's godmother." Andrews also discusses co-writing her memoir with daughter, Emma and reliving the highs and lows of her life. "It was difficult at times. And we weeped a couple of times and laughed a lot" and adds, "She did say to me when we began writing, 'Please don't hold back...' but she did a phenomenal thing for me. Which was such a gift. She did an extensive timeline for me. And then read all my diaries [and] I quote from them in my book."
