Thursday on "The Talk" Sharon Osbourne sounds off on Prince Andrew stepping back from his royal duties. "This situation is that the leading members of the Royal Family are all on a wage from the government, because they do service for the country...They are meant to do so much charitable work for the country," says Osbourne. "But they, being the Royal Family, are meant to be a family of high moral fiber. And they are meant to be an example for the rest of the country to follow. Now, he has broken every rule in the book. So, the Queen [Elizabeth II] met with him, and Prince Charles, who will be the next king. Said, you are no longer going to do royal duties, which means the money that you get from the government for doing these royal duties you shall not receive. And, you will not be doing things in public anymore."
