Camryn Grimes' scrumptious pumpkin butter baked brie is the perfect hors d'oeuvre to serve at any holiday soiree. Pair with your favorite crackers and dive in for a savory treat your loved ones will not forget!

Camryn Grimes' Pumpkin Butter Baked Brie


Pumpkin butter
Puff pastry sheet
Whole wheel of Brie cheese
Candied pecans
Pumpkin spice

  • Take the puff pastry out and let thaw completely
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Once the dough is thawed, lay it flat on a baking sheet sprayed with a cooking spray
  • Spoon a generous portion of pumpkin butter in the middle of the puff pastry, then place the Brie on top
  • Spread another dollop of pumpkin butter on top of the Brie—don't be shy!
  • Fold the sides of the puff pastry over it all
  • Pinch the edges of the puff pastry together and seal completely
  • Add candy pecans on top and/or sprinkle some pumpkin spice
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve warm and gooey with crackers
