Y&R Recap: Will Dr. Anderson Destroy Nick And Sage?

After finding her husband having dinner with Dr. Anderson, Sage decides she's had enough. Furious that the psychiatrist continues to muddle in their lives, Sage desperately looks to Nick for support. But when she doesn't get it, she completely loses it and hits both Nick and Dr. Anderson in the face. 

"She's doing this to us," Sage yells. "This isn't us!"

Upon learning that Sage is being booked in jail, Sharon tries to offer her sympathy. 

"Dr. Anderson saw this coming," she tells her ex-husband. "I'm the last person to blame her for what she's going through, but Dr. Anderson was right. You need to get Sage help."

Although no one seems to believe her, Sage is determined to prove that Dr. Anderson is up to no good. Feeling angry and betrayed, she warns Dylan and Chief Williams that there's more to the story than anyone is willing to admit. 

"Why don't you ask your wife," she responds after Dylan asks what's happening. "She's Dr. Anderson's No. 1 fan."

Just when it seemed like Nick believed Sage, Dr. Anderson came in and cast her spell. Now, standing at the police station, she tells Nick that they have an obligation to commit Sage. 

"You will get her through this," she says to Nick as she touches his arm. "We both will. Your support, my treatment—we can make her well again, if we work together as a team." 

What is Dr. Anderson's true agenda, and will she ultimately tear Nick and Sage apart?
