Adam promises Chelsea he's done letting his father control him.

After meeting with Dylan, Adam runs home to tell Chelsea the steps he's taken to distance himself from his father. 

"I did what I had to do for my family—for us, for my marriage," he tells his wife. 

While Adam seems serious about distancing himself from Victor, Chelsea can't help but wonder if he's truly able to walk away. Will Adam eventually fall back into his father's lap, or is he really done with Victor's drama?
