Cynthia Erivo and the cast of the Tony Award-winning musical The Color Purple received a standing ovation for their incredible performance of "I'm Here" at the 70th Annual Tony Awards on Sunday, June 12 at the Beacon Theatre. 

The 29-year-old actress had a fantastic night. Not only did the one-and-only Oprah Winfrey introduce her to the stage, but she also won her first-ever Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for her rendering of Celie.
