1. What was going through your head when one of your employees recognized your true identity?

Greg: "My immediate reaction when he recognized me was that this was going to be a disaster. I’m pretty visible company-wide and I had visited the Charlotte location a number of times over the past few years, so my cover being blown was the realization of one of my biggest concerns in doing the show."
2. How was it having your brother be part of your undercover experience?

2. How was it having your brother be part of your undercover experience?

Greg: "It was unexpected but it added another really emotional element to doing the show that I had not been prepared for. Initially, I had no idea what to expect, but Kevin did a great job and really came through for me and the company."
3. What has this experience taught you overall about yourself and/or your company overall?

3. What has this experience taught you overall about yourself and/or your company overall?

Greg: "We have a great team and an incredible family culture here at 4 Wheel Parts, and we need to continue to maintain our focus on the people who are the backbone of this company. My father built this as a family business and I was able to find that same family environment thriving in the locations I visited.

We are always going to ensure that we continue on that path. This experience has also reinforced to me the importance of my family along with the role of my brother, Kevin, in my life."
4. Which employee’s story touched you the most?

4. Which employee’s story touched you the most?

Greg: "Each individual employee’s story really did have an impact on me. The personal challenges Erin has overcome were inspiring. I was impressed by Paul, as a young up-and-comer in the company, who has overcome so many of his own obstacles while maintaining his enthusiasm and motivation to succeed with us.

I also identified with Michael as a father and his desire to provide for his family while rising above his own personal challenges."
5. Do you have any 4 Wheel Parts updates since your time undercover?

5. Do you have any 4 Wheel Parts updates since your time undercover?

Greg: "Since I went undercover, we have instituted many of the initiatives that were addressed on the show with a number of new company programs and policies. Among these are the $50,000 scholarship and $50,000 crisis funds that we have set aside for our employees.

We have introduced new training procedures, as well as extended vacation benefits to reward our loyal, long-time employees. Additionally, we are in the process of finalizing our warranty compensation program for our technicians. Lastly, my brother, Kevin, has rejoined the company and is spearheading our exciting new tire racing program."
