The interview said PROHIBITED so it makes me think it was something that broke the rules. If it was the youngest guys wouldn't that be Dan and Andrew?

I have to go with the taking a plane to the wrong destination scenario. That would prohibit them from getting to the finish line in time. With the final destination in Portland, Oregon, I suppose they could have mistakenly gone to Portland, Maine?

The host of TAR was on Extra and said one couple lost some valuables and important documentation and therefore was not able to continue. He also went on to say that they made sure the couple got home, that they have never stranded anyone anywhere in the 13 seasons of the Race

I cant remember which of the female players mentioned in episode one that she was on the prowl for somebody good looking and thought Dallas was hot. Maybe two players from opposing teams wind up spending the night together and one of them misses their early departure time.

I think it could be Aja and Ty. Remember the scene from the beach when Ty discovered that the $20.00 that he found was actually their own $20.00 that fell out of their pack because Aja didn't have their pack zipped all the way up. Then Ty made a comment that Aja was known to not just misplace things but lose things alot. Aja may have lost their passports and prevented them from traveling on with the teams to the next country. Just thinking, could be cbs leaving in a comment that ends up being a clue for something big in the future with this team.

actually i am pretty sure they are still together - there are some picts that I saw of some racers in NY, and they were definitely still together in them. and they are recent - taken post-race.

I think the mistake is about the final destination city,Portland. Maybe one of the teams flew to the wrong Portland,I'm guessing that Terence and Sarah made that mistake, because they are smart, so according to Van Muster's response,it could be them!

Could it be a passport issue? While at the travel agency, they were asked for their passports. Could it be that someone forgot theirs?
