I can't say for sure this is true, but a friend says he heard from someone in the know and was told that all players for both seasons 19 and 20 are already filled with nothing but recruits, even to the fact that they were all picked before season 18 even finished. Again, as I said, it came from a friend who heard it from someone else, so who knows.

I believe it. The reason why I believe it is because when I went out on my curtain-call it was last year and it was for season 19. That was over a year ago. So, go figure. You have to go through quite a bit to get on the show too. You have to get a physical, talk to a shrink, etc. etc. so they start screening way ahead of time for the show. I'm sure it's true. The deadline for season 19 was Jan.14th-2009! So I know those spots are filled and they are probably now filming. People are trying out now for season 20 and maybe season 21. Yeah, they probably might have everyone for season 20! Plus back-up people. Just keep trying is all I can say & don't wait around till the last minute. Good luck anyway everyone! Dawgonit.....I believe that you and I spoke while waiting for our video shoot....We were sitting at adjacent tables overlooking the area where the CBS Affiliate was doing their thing......The thing I remember most about that day was how cold it was before they let us into the Muckleshoot.....cd1

c'mon now, season 20 isn't recruits, it's reported to be a bunch of re-treads instead (ie: allstars)

Season 19 was cast in January. And yup the All stars were chosen after the end of last season (1 . Douchebag Wade was very vocal on his forum until a few days ago, so, sigh, the hypocritical posing Christian is probably in Samoa. Sorry CPT Dawg, but NO born again Christian I know sleeps around and this guy has admitted to doing so. I'm angry that he'll be on All Stars for one reason - I'm TIRED of him AND he's passing up a chance of coaching Soccer at Lassen College to be on that show since the board of directors of Lassen College will be meeting on the 15th to discuss his fate.

Looks like there's definitely an all stars coming up....my sis in law's pastor was flying to New Zealand (he's been transferred) and said the plane was chock full of "survivors". Even had pics of himself and JT, but no one was talking about what they were up to.

Did he see Coach on that flight? I heard the Survivors left sometime around the 3rd. The All Stars won't air until 2010 (i.e. the next Spring season.) Good on you for the spy work!

I wouldn't... Something tells me that would break some sort of something with CBS... Don't know why I'm thinking that, but it just seems like something stupid that somebody could get sued for. That's just my opinion anyway...

Unless you have a SIGNED contract with CBS? You can do ANYTHING you want. If CBS was stupid enough to NOT charter a private flight, it's their fault.

And by choosing to go on All Stars? Douchebag Wade has guaranteed he WILL be unemployed upon his return to the US. Lassen College wasn't sure about hiring him and since he is now absolutely going to miss the start of the soccer season? He's cut his own throat. What an idiot.
