EPISODE 12 -
Although Kelly & Jon were last to reach the Pit Stop at Ellis Beach, Australia, this was a non-elimination leg, so they remain in the running on THE AMAZING RACE.
 EPISODE 11 - Jon & Al
Circus clowns Jon & Al, leaving the Pit Stop third, passed both Kelly & Jon and Reichen & Chip on the way to the first route marker and arrived at Ienchon Airport in Seoul first. On their own, the pair, unaware of an alternate option on Singapore Air, booked a Korean Air flight to Brisbane, Australia. The other three Teams booked the Singapore Air flight, which arrived in Brisbane earlier. When a heavy fog rolled in, delaying all flights, Jon & Al became aware of the Singapore Air flight, but could not get on it in time. Booking a later direct flight to Brisbane, the clowns hoped to catch the other Teams as they rappelled down the side of a hotel and Al across in a shark tank in Brisbane. Even a 35-minute penalty incurred by Reichen & Chip when they drove to the Pit Stop instead of walking wasn't enough to help Jon & Al, who became the ninth Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On his partner, Al remarked, "Jon is a fantastic person. He's a motivator, a family man. He's definitely a role model and someone I've looked up to. He's taught me everything I know." Jon added, "We just went into it with a positive attitude, and you can only do so much. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. At least you know you gave it one hundred percent. I think our family and friends will be proud of what we accomplished."
EPISODE 10
Although David & Jeff were last to arrive at the Pit Stop in Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seoul, South Korea, this was a non-elimination leg, so they remain in the Race.
 EPISODE 9 - Millie & Chuck
Exhaustion and fatigue from not sleeping finally caught up with Millie & Chuck in the jungles of Malaysia. Leaving the Pit Stop in third place, the pair had an early lead after winning a sprint to the Clue Box high atop the canopies of Poring Hot Springs. Things soon turned worse as the pair were unable to find the Detour at the Trushidup Palm Oil Plantation. Once completing the task, the pair unraveled as they once again became lost on the way to the Gomantong Caves. After spending an hour lost, the pair arrived at the caves to be greeted by Jon & Kelly. Chuck and Jon furiously climbed rattan ladders to retrieve their clues. In a climatic car race to the Pit Stop, both Teams prepared for a sprint to the finish. In the end, Millie & Chuck came up short, becoming the eighth Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On her relationship with Chuck, Millie remarked, "We really are doubting that we are the ones to make each other happy. If that is the case, then I want us to go our separate ways. I really want him just to be happy." Chuck added, "We're not certain about the future for Millie and myself. No matter what happens, she will always have a place in my heart that no one else will ever have."
EPISODE 8
Kelly & Jon, trailing the entire leg, reached the Pit Stop on Manukan Island, Kota Kinabalu, Maylasia in last place, but breathed a sigh of relief when Phil informed them that this was a non-elimination leg
 EPISODE 7 - Tian & Jaree
Leaving Mumbai for Ernakulam, models Tian & Jaree joined the other five Teams on a grueling 24-hour ride in a hot, crowded train car. Once there, the models found themselves near the front of the pack as they searched Highway 47 for the route marker. At the Roadblock, Tian encountered difficulties when she couldn't hang onto the wooden bar during the bull race through the mud, enabling Kelly & Jon to pass them. Then, at the Detour, the models opted for "Trunks," but forgot to pack the coir before the elephant stood up. The extra time it took to get the fabric allowed Millie & Chuck to pass Tian & Jaree. Now in fifth place, the Tian & Jaree battled Reichen & Chip to avoid elimination, but the models came up short. When they arrived at the Pit Stop, Tian & Jaree were told by Phil they were the last Team to arrive and had been eliminated from the Race. Tian smiled, telling Phil, "That's alright. We tried really hard. Thank you." Later she added, "I'm not disappointed at all. We did what we could, and I saw a lot of amazing things." Jaree added, "I'm sad because I know that Tian and I are tough enough to be on this Race and we should still be, but we're not." Tian joked, "Maybe arguing was better. We stopped fighting and now we lose."
 EPISODE 6 - Monica & Sheree
Traveling together on a flight with all but one of the Teams, Monica & Sheree traveled to Mumbai, India in search of "Bollywood." Arriving at the gates of Film City late at night, the NFL wives had to wait with the other Teams until 9:30, when the studio opened. After riding bicycles to Studio 10, the pair encountered a "Suds" or "Duds" Detour, and selected Suds. This sent them in search of Dhobi Ghat (Washerman's Village), where they had to wash a bundle of clothes to find their next clue printed on a sari. Monica & Sheree began walking as the other Teams took buses and soon found themselves in last place. The pair realized too late that they needed to take a train and couldn't make up the time at the fish-carrying Roadblock. Monica & Sheree became the sixth Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. Before breaking down in tears, Monica remarked, "I'm disappointed, because I know Sheree and I were a really strong Team. To get…" Sheree continued for her friend, "To get this far and to just have a really bad leg and be eliminated, it kind of sucks." She later added, "THE AMAZING RACE was humbling, and it just taught us to be strong. It taught us to do anything we set our minds to." Monica added, "Sheree and I wanted to make our families proud, and we wanted to carry ourselves in a way that will show them that you can be stronger than you really think."
 EPISODE 5 - Steve & Dave
Leaving the Pit Stop in last place, air traffic controllers Steve & Dave hoped to catch Teams at the Marseilles Airport. Discovering that Air France flights to Amsterdam were booked, the pair, along with David & Jeff, took a chance by taking a flight to Orly Airport, just outside of Paris and connecting through Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The plan backfired as they found themselves in a traffic jam on the expressway connecting the two airports and they missed their flight. The air traffic controllers tried to make up ground in Amsterdam by donning clogs to weigh cheese and tossing eels, but ultimately could not. Steve & Dave became the fifth Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On the experience, Dave commented, "One thing I'm going to take out of THE AMAZING RACE is just how much I love my wife. I guess you just don't realize how good you got it until you don't have it for awhile." Steve added, "We're still going to be friends, best of friends. THE AMAZING RACE was a chance of a lifetime."
 EPISODE 4 - Steve and Josh
Almost immediately upon leaving the Pit Stop, father and son Steve & Josh fought over the best mode of transportation to the airport. Wanting to save money, Josh insisted on taking a train. This cost them the lead as the pair ultimately arrived in Paris near the back of the pack. After Josh took a quick spin around the racetrack in Le Mans, the pair set out for a lighthouse in Marseilles, where they caught up to the other Teams. Their biggest difficulty came in having to navigate from Marseilles to the Detour in the mountains of the Gorge du Blavet. After all the Teams had checked in, father and son Steve & Josh arrived at the Detour and completed their rappel. On his father, Josh commented, "My dad is still entirely my hero. I've always looked up to him growing up, but now I see my dad in the present tense and he's an outstanding guy." The pair reached the Pit Stop after nightfall, when Phil informed them they were the last to arrive and had been eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On his experience, Josh said, "I would have liked to have gone further, but I already got what I wanted out of this." Hugging his son, Steve added, "I already had what I wanted."
 EPISODE 3 - Russell & Cindy
Departing the Pit Stop in Venice in seventh place, dating friends Russell & Cindy took a train and arrived in Vienna, Austria together with the other nine Teams. After a run through the sewers, the pair waited for a fiacre, staying out of the way when other Teams tussled to claim one. This resulted in their arriving at Schonbrunn Palace in the last set of fiacres. They couldn't make up ground through the Detour or Roadblock and found themselves racing to the Vienna train station against Steve & Dave. After making a costly mistake of going to the wrong train station and buying the wrong tickets, Russell & Cindy lost valuable time and became the third Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On his experience, Russell said, "We had an amazing time. I'm a competitive person. I love being that way, and I hate losing." On her relationship with Russell, Cindy commented, "I had felt a little lack of loyalty in working together, just for a couple of days, but those couple of days were detrimental. When the chips are down, I got to see that you're right there. If you're not, then that's going to affect how I feel." Ultimately, Russell summed it up, saying, "It's disappointing and it's a letdown, but you know what? It's great."
 EPISODE 2 - Amanda & Chris
After leaving the Cortina, Italy Pit Stop tied for first place, Amanda & Chris took a wild night ride down a ski hill on a snow raft. Their lead evaporated when all Teams caught up at the Calalzo Train Station en route to Venice and the Ponte della Guglia. There, Amanda & Chris encountered a Detour, in which they successfully navigated the Venetian canals to a plaza ahead of the other Teams. Set back again at the Roadblock, Chris struggled to match a photograph to a reveler at a wild costume party. On the third try, Chris made the right match and received his clue. Amanda & Chris gave it their all, but couldn't beat Monica & Sheree in a footrace through the rainy streets of Venice to the Pit Stop and became the second Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. On their experience, Amanda reflected, "We tried. It was really awesome. It's just wet. I'm tired." Chris added, "I'm not ready for this to end. It sucks. It's going to take a couple of days for this to really set in." On a more positive note, Chris commented on his relationship with Amanda: "Hopefully we're going to be together for the rest of our lives." With a big grin, Amanda added, "He's still a little jerk, but I love him. It's okay."
 EPISODE 1 - Debra & Steve
All Teams started on equal footing at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California. Debra & Steve made a wrong turn, got stuck in traffic and arrived near the back of the pack at LAX, which put them on the later flight to Milan. They raced to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, only to catch the last-place bus the following morning. Up against younger, athletic Teams, Debra & Steve just couldn't keep up in the grueling Detour at Cinque Torri. In the end, Debra & Steve, married parents from Indiana, became the first Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE. "Despite all of the emotional and physical damage we've done to ourselves," Steve commented, "We had a good time." Debra remarked, "I did things today I didn't think I could ever do in my whole life. It's wonderful. Just wonderful." "What's most important to me is Debra," Steve added, "And the fact that I'm going to get to spend every day with her for the rest of my life. That's what really matters to me."
