The second time around, I was three years slower, for one thing, and I noticed that. I'm not getting any younger, and it's not getting any easier. But I enjoy doing it. I should know that there's a lot of cutthroating going on out there. I should have known better than the agreement I made. Well, what surprised me the most was probably talking to these people two hours ago, and everything is all set to go, and I wouldn't have been voted off. But all of a sudden, I am. I don't like that. It makes me feel lousy.

Whereas Ethan was seen as a threat because he was AFRICA's Sole Survivor, Rudy was considered weak because of his advanced age and recently sprained ankle. Three out of the five Tribal Council votes went to Rudy, who became the second All-Star to leave Panama.
