Grey goes undercover to infiltrate a Hispanic street gang serving in the United States Army. The gang has been stealing weapons from a California base. A detonative binary explosive is in one of the stolen weapon crates. Jonas and Bob, on the outside acting on Grey's Intel, must battle not only the gang but also the army’s Criminal Investigative Department (CID) to intercept this volatile explosive before it lands in the wrong hands.

Meanwhile, Tiffy angers some drunk football players when she cuts them off at the bar. They wait for her outside the bar and try to attack, but when she makes it to her car, they make chase and force her into a car accident. She ends up in the hospital, and an enraged Mack goes on the war path -- ironically teaming up with Tom Ryan to hunt down the men that put his hands on his wife.

Jonas seeks revenge for the murder of his fallen colleague as the Unit has to keep moving forward on another mission. Jonas plunges back into the underworld of Beirut, seeming hell-bent on finding the men responsible for Williams’ death.

Unable to get out, our team is trapped in an apartment building as Jonas and Williams try to perform battlefield surgery to keep Grey alive. Meanwhile, back at home, Molly, Tiffy and Kim are led by William's sexy new girlfriend Annie to a pole-dancing exercise class. After class, Kim finds out she's the victim of a car-towing scam. Molly leads the girls on a “mission” to take revenge on the company's salacious owner. When things turn rough, the girls get tough, protecting their own with a few of the skills they've learned from their husbands.

When the tarp is ripped off the package, a young pop princess jumps out and begins a rock performance on stage for the troops. With the package safely delivered, Jonas and his team have to then work with a group of MPs to ensure the pop princess’s safety amid rising threats to her life. Meanwhile, Bob and an escort from the Department of Justice are tasked with delivering a prisoner back to his home country to face execution. It’s a three-man chess match between them as they traverse airports, safehouses and highways during this extradition. What seems routine is really a high stakes game of life and death manipulation.

Jonas, Mack and Williams must recover a chip that identifies three men who are undercover on the inside of a terrorist network. They must get the chip before it gets into the hands of the wrong people and not only endangers the identity of these men, but the lives of thousands of Americans.
Pregnant, Kim is put on bed rest for 48 hours after a minor scare but Bob seems to be incapable of taking care of the kids without her. Tiffy is blind-sided by a sudden firing precisely when she needs financial independence most. Due to her DUI, Tiffy has a felony conviction and can't get another job. She ends up waiting tables in town but finds out that the real money is made dancing behind the blue curtain at the restaurant.

Subsequent to violence and threats against the American Embassy in Cote D’Ivoire, Abidjan, Bob, Hector and Mack are dispatched to collect key remaining American personnel and their families. Close to their point of safety for exodus, the group is caught in the middle of a minefield while Bob, several blocks away, fends off insurgents and attempts rescue.

Betsy throws her parents a curve when she announces she’s enlisted. Jonas takes Betsy on a father/daughter camping trip, ostensibly to bond, but really to challenge her. Molly confronts Tiffy regarding what Tiffy would do if one of her own daughters enlisted and Tiffy wrestles with the thorny answer. Every step taken by the every member of our Unit, at home and on the mission, is an uncertain step into the unknown.

Always Kiss Them Goodbye

The Unit is reconstituted and ready to resume operations. Out in the world, an old, possibly leaking nerve agent bomb has been stolen from a nearby military arsenal. While Mack mans the TOC, Jonas leads the Team on a mission to recover the stolen bomb. In their pursuit of the weapon, they realize that it is headed toward Ft. Griffith and their families. Bob is ready to sacrifice his life to prevent that from happening. His greatest regret is he left home in such a hurry that he failed to kiss Kim and their kids goodbye.

Kim is on duty at the radio station. Joined there by Molly, she receives a directive from the Ft. Griffith security office that she must broadcast the order that due to approaching tornadoes, all personnel on base must take cover. Kim comes to realize there are no tornadoes in any of the actual weather reports. As people call in to tell her the report she's making is false, Ryan calls to inform her she must continue the broadcasts; he can't say anything more than that.

Pandemonium, Part 2

The members of the Unit find they are being hunted and discredited because they are in possession of a catastrophic state secret: shadowy forces within the US "intelligence community" have been illegally executing high risk terrorist suspects on a prison "ghost" ship. Working as both CIA agent and Unit operator, Bob helps Jonas discover exactly who is behind this conspiracy so they can counterattack and force the reinstating of the Unit as well as Colonel Tom Ryan. Meanwhile, the CIA asks Kim Brown to spy on Tiffy and Molly who might be having contact with the missing Unit members. Kim figures out a way to play the espionage game while not betraying her friends.

Ten days after the shut-down of the Unit, the situation for Alpha Team has grown dire. While Jonas tries to uncover why his team has been targeted, he’s hunted by a deadly assassin and by Bob whose motives are still unclear. Mack and Williams face an ominous future in the military prison system and Molly and Tiffy travel to DC in a desperate attempt to save their husbands. Meanwhile, Tom Ryan faces congressional hearings about his “rogue team” only to discover that he himself brought the ultimate traitor into the Unit.
