Bobby Flay's culinary versatility is evident in his work as a chef/restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality. His restaurants in New York City, Mesa Grill and Bolo, which opened in 1991 and 1993 respectively, are highly regarded by food critics and food lovers alike. Flay took his talents to the small screen in 1996 when he debuted on The Food Network. Since then, Flay has hosted "BBQ with Bobby Flay," the Emmy-nominated "Boy Meets Grill," "Food Nation With Bobby Flay" and "Hot Off the Grill with Bobby Flay." Currently, Flay serves as the food correspondent for "The Early Show" on CBS and is the author of numerous best-selling cookbooks.
