Adventures of Clyde: Contest Rules

1.  WHAT.  Take a photo of you holding the print out of Clyde.  We want to see photos of you, your pet, your favorite location.  Please do not include other people in your photo.  Please don’t include anything offensive, indecent or in bad taste.  Please do not change the appearance of Clyde.

2.  HOW.  Use #adventuresofclyde to Tweet your photo on or before October 10, 2015. 

3.  WHO.  By submitting a photo, you grant CBS (and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable license to use and otherwise exploit the photo, and to use your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information in connection with the photo, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity.

1.  You must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.

2.   By submitting a photo, you grant CBS (and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable license to use and otherwise exploit your a photo, and to use your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information in connection with your a photo, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity. 

3.  By submitting a photo, you assure CBS that you have all rights necessary to grant CBS permission to use your photo, and that your photo does not violate any rights of third parties (including copyright).  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBS, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and partners, and each of their employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any liability based on CBS’s use of your photo.  You also waive the right to seek or obtain equitable or injunctive relief prohibiting cbs.com (and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners) from using your photo for promotional purposed in any and all media.

4.  CBS is under no obligation to use your photo in any way, and may remove it from its properties at any time.

5.  Please understand that the image of Clyde belongs to CBS as the copyright owner of the TV Series, and CBS is not releasing or waiving any of its rights in Clyde.  When you use Clyde in your image or photo, it does not become your property, and CBS is not granting you those rights.
