The 41st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire, will be broadcast live from Las Vegas' MGM Grand, Tuesday, May 23 at 8PM ET/PT. The gala event will include exclusive performances from country music superstars including Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood, Big & Rich and Kenny Chesney.

Founded in 1964, the Academy of Country Music was established to support, promote and enhance the advancement of country music throughout the world. Every year since 1965, the Academy of Country Music Awards have honored the industry’s most notable talent. In 1968 the ACM adopted its distinctive hat trophy, and in 1972 the awards show was broadcast for the first time on national television. Since then, the gala ACM Awards broadcast has been among the most popular programs in its time slot.
