Academy Award nominee Robert Forster, Gregg Henry and Michael Michele star in this drama based on the true story of the notorious serial killer, who after 30 years and 10 unsolved murders in the Midwestern town of Wichita, Kansas, was finally found, arrested and convicted this year.

Dennis Rader (Henry) was a seemingly typical family man. He was a husband, father, Cub Scout leader and one-time president of his church council, living in a close-knit suburb of Wichita. Over a 17-year span from 1974-1991, Rader terrorized the Kansas community and

murdered 10 residents in the Wichita area. On numerous occasions, Rader, who coined his name BTK--Bind, Torture and Kill--taunted the local police with clues and cryptic messages. After almost 15 years in seclusion, Rader resurfaced, sending additional clues to the Wichita police department, which eventually led to his capture in February 2005. This past June, Rader claimed responsibility for the murders of 10 victims and was convicted in August.
