Louis Gossett Jr. and Robert Urich star in this sequel to the highly-rated and critically-acclaimed 1997 CBS movie "To Dance with Olivia." The story is set in the mid-south of 1966. Gossett plays small town lawyer Daniel Stewart, a man who is facing the opportunity of a lifetime -- to be the first black congressman from his district. The challenge of Daniel's campaign is heightened when the wife of incumbent Horton Roundtree (Urich) is found murdered in her bed, turning the town, the campaign and the Stewart family upside down. |
