Frequently Asked Questions for NY tapings Only

What if I need more than 4 tickets?
You may request more tickets but please use as many as you request. If you need group accommodations, unfortunately we will NOT be accepting group submissions for our NY tapings. **Please Note: ALL productions are booked in excess of studio capacity.

Can I take photos?
Studio policy does not permit the taking of any photographs. Cameras will not be permitted into the studio and cell phones with cameras must be completely turned off prior to entering studio. If you do come to the show with a camera we will be collecting and storing it for you. We ask you that you do not bring a camera as we are not responsible for stolen or damaged items.

How long is the taping?
Our taping is a live show and usually lasts about an hour. Please be aware that this time does not include the security check-in process or travel to studio. Please allow ample time to remain at the taping as additional segments or promos may occur.

How much are the tickets?
Studio tickets are free to anyone 18 years of age and older.

Where should I stay?
There are many hotels in the New York and surrounding areas. We are located at the CBS Broadcast Center,  528 W 57th St. New York, NY 10019. We suggest using an online source to find accommodations that best suits you.

What if my show has been rescheduled?
Show times and dates are subject to change at any time. “The Talk” does not reimburse for travel/hotel expenses due to show cancellations or being turned away due to studio being at capacity. Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be auctioned or sold.

What can I expect from the Seating/Check-In Line?
Entrance into the taping is based upon the order guests arrive. **Please Note: Due to the nature of the show, there will be NO HOLDING SPACES IN LINE. ONLY COMPLETED PARTIES WILL BE CHECKED IN. Studio may be at capacity before actual call time. Please be aware there may be some substantial standing in line before entering the studio and going thru security. For security purposes we require that the main ticket holder (person who made the reservation) be present to attend the taping.  All ticket holders must have photo ID and names MUST match our security list.

What if I have special needs?
We are committed to making THE TALK equally accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or anyone in your party has special needs and requires assistance to attend the show, please let us know when an audience representative calls to book your tickets or before the show date. We provide accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations at all tapings to persons with disabilities.
