Episode 12-13:
After thousands of miles, and circling the globe, the final 3 Teams, brothers Ken & Gerard, married parents Teri & Ian and friends Flo & Zach raced with every ounce of energy they could muster from Vietnam across the Pacific Ocean to the Finish Line in the United States. A desperate car race through Seattle, Washington, and a sprint through Gas Works Park found the Teams giving it their all in a bid for first place. In the end, Flo & Zach were able to overcome all the difficulties they had faced in the past, and worked together to pull out an incredible first place finish and the million-dollar prize.
Episode 11:
Married parents Teri & Ian continued to excel as they took first place and managed to become the oldest couple ever to reach the Final Three of THE AMAZING RACE. They are joined by friends Flo & Zach and brothers Ken & Gerard. Models/twins Derek & Drew found themselves caught in a nightmare when they were unable to locate the Roadblock and mistakenly arrived at the Pit Stop without having completed the race course for the leg. They battled back to complete the course successfully, but were dealt a fatal blow when Phil informed them they had arrived last and had become the ninth Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 09-10:
Not wanting to risk elimination, John Vito & Jill used their Fast Forward to win the ninth leg of THE AMAZING RACE, while Flo & Zach caught a break by finishing last in the non-elimination round. Unfortunately, in the tenth leg of the race, John Vito & Jill couldn't navigate through the streets of Singapore fast enough to escape becoming the eighth Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 08:
Twins/Models Derek & Drew successfully navigated the streets of Grindelwald, Switzerland to earn another first place finish. After struggling at the Roadblock, John Vito & Jill arrived at the Pit Stop, where Phil informed them that though they had arrived in last place, the good news was that this was the first of three non-elimination rounds. But with all Teams separated by only minutes, it's anybody's game, and the pressure is building as the next elimination looms.
Episode 07:
As one of the last Teams out of Morocco, Flo & Zach decided to use their Fast Forward and took the lead in the seventh leg. Meanwhile, Andre & Damon were plagued by overbooked flights and became stranded in Paris overnight while other Teams raced to the Detour. The friends from Los Angeles became the seventh Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 06:
Teri & Ian beat John Vito & Jill to the Fast Forward, resulting in their first place finish. Meanwhile, best friends Aaron & Arianne couldn't make up the time lost from the last leg's gasoline mishap as they became the sixth Team eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 05:
After getting off to a good start on the road to Algeciras, Spain, Michael & Kathy made the mistake of adding unleaded gasoline to their diesel-fueled car. Their ensuing car problems cost them valuable time, resulting in their elimination. Meanwhile, brother-power continued as Ken & Gerard finished in first place.
Episode 04:
After the Road Block, lawyers Heather & Eve proceeded to the Pit Stop via taxi rather than by foot, as the clue instructed. With all Teams racing to the Finish Mat, and separated by only 31 minutes, the thirty-seven minute penalty they received resulted in the pair going from first place to last. They become the fourth team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 03:
Flight problems hampered the father-son duo of Dennis & Andrew as they got stuck in Mexico, while other Teams completed tasks in England. Even though they won the Fast Forward, it was not enough to save them, and they became the third Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
Episode 02: At the beachfront Diamante K Bunglows in Tulum, Mexico, brother and sister Tramel & Talicia became the second Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE, while brothers Derek & Drew used the Fast Forward to claim first place.
After the mandatory twelve-hour rest period, when Teams can mingle, eat and sleep, brothers Ken & Gerard were first to depart from the Hacienda at 10:36 pm. They soon discovered that they needed to drive 133 miles to the ancient city of Teotihuacán, where they would have to climb 248 steps to the top of the twenty-story Pyramid of the Sun to find the next route marker.
Episode 01:
At the Hacienda San Gabriel de Las Palmas, a 475-year-old former monastery near Mexico City, brothers Ken & Gerard swooped into first place, while soccer moms Gina & Sylvia became the first Team to be eliminated from THE AMAZING RACE.
