CONTEMPLATIVE COMPETITION
Endurance is the name of the game in the HoH Competition as we return to all nine HouseGuests, still in play at the two-hour mark. To pass time, the housemates reflect on the week that was.
Flashback: James admits in the Diary Room that losing Sarah "was just sad, it was painful." Ivette discloses that when the vote was announced, she was pleasantly surprised by the agreed-upon 6-1 tally. Everyone had done as they had agreed to for a change. Ivette and James maintain their odd friendship despite Sarah's departure as James believes that while he doesn't fully trust Ivette, at least she won't lie to him. He tells her that if he gets HoH, he is going after Howie and his crew.
The HOH Competition enters its fourth hour with everyone still in play. James has Sarah's scarf around his neck to remind him he is out for revenge when he gets tired and feels like quitting
Flashback: Ivette and Maggie stand back from the welcoming crowd around Kaysar, consoling each other that Eric hadn't returned. Maggie sighs, "It was absolutely devastating to not have him back in here." Ivette can't believe that America didn't fall in love with Cappy the way she did.
Back at the HoH Competition, Kaysar catches up on what he's missed, including the shower incident when everyone checked out Beau's attributes.
Flashback: Howie checks out Beau's dimensions in the shower. Beau, feigning shock, laps up the attention as the girls get in on the show. Ivette and Jennifer line up, followed by April, who initially didn't want to look at him because she is married. But after Ivette points out that it doesn't count because Beau is gay, April takes her walk on the wild side. All seem adequately impressed by the view.
At the four-hour mark in the HoH Competition, Howie opens a box inside the pressure cooker, letting loose the ripe stench of a dead 25-pound catfish. The HouseGuests feel like vomiting.
