ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE
It's been eight hours and the HoH Competition has two competitors down. April volunteers to release her button, letting go "by mistake" and leaving Maggie "PO'd." April picks a box, finding $3000 in cash inside. Celebrating, the three people can now leave the cooker.
After ten hours in the cooker, Howie informs the HouseGuests that they now have to use only one hand to hold down the button, and they cannot change hands. Ivette touches her box with her other hand by accident. Ivette, who was fighting for her family and girlfriend in the competition, breaks into tears of disappointment as she is disqualified. Reluctantly, she opens her box to find an air-horn, and sits and weeps. Seeing Ivette's sadness, James has an epiphany, realizing that he wants the HoH for revenge, not for the right reasons, and releases his button. Maggie follows suit, saying she hopes to find a prize in her box, but instead finds rotten eggs.
Jen starts to cry and begs the others to let her win. In a distracted moment, Rachel slips off her button, swearing, "I definitely didn't throw this competition." Howie congratulates the players on a new BIG BROTHER record: making the 12-hour mark. Kaysar and Jen then start to talk strategy. When Jen swears on her life that she will nominate two people from her group to backdoor James, Kaysar lets go of his button.
