Amber and Zach face a live eviction vote, and Amber is ousted in a three to one vote. Meanwhile, Eric and Jessica are no longer smooching, but instead brooding over differing opinions on their game strategies. In the end, the HoH hangs in the balance as the HouseGuests remain locked in battle in an ongoing endurance competition.

Eric's choice to not use the PoV leaves a bad taste in Amber's mouth. She snipes, "It's just not fair," accusing Eric of being in the house only for himself. Zach, on the other hand, has what he thinks is a good read on the situation and rates his odds for survival against Amber as good. No matter what happens though, Zach swears he's not going down without a fight.

Second Guessing
Back upstairs, Jessica is not feeling the joy she'd hoped over her nominations. She is feeling "bad" that two people she has no problems with are on the block. "I just feel like I made the biggest mistake," she admits tearfully. Eric raises his eyebrows and asks, "Do you really think Amber really likes you?" He assures her there is no love lost between Amber and herself and she should not fooled by Amber's last minute friendliness. Swayed by Eric's influence, Jessica eventually agrees. Moments later Amber walks into the room to make her case not to be evicted. "I want people who are deserving of it to win it," she weeps. Jessica and Eric remain silent as Amber says her piece and waits for their reactions. Eric confides he is sick of Amber's tactic, snarling, "Amber has one argument only: 'The good people deserve to win the game'…Well I've had enough of her crying and enough of her weak game play." Jessica says they will think over their votes and Amber leaves. Once alone with Eric, Jess admits, "I want to keep her; I don't want to keep Zach." When Jess asks how he'll vote, Eric tells her he hasn't decided.

Zach Makes a Deal
Meanwhile, Zach is campaigning to Dick that he should evict Amber. Dick tells him, "You're going to stay," before reminding him Amber turned down $10,000 during the POWER OF 10 adventure, which he says he would never do. Zach promises if he gets HoH next week he will nominate Jessica and Jameka and backdoor Eric. That will ensure Dick, Daniele and Zach have the votes to get them to the final three. Dick smiles, assuring Zach he will not vote against him. "The only way you're going home is if I find out you flipped on me and offered me up," Dick pledges. Zach reminds Dick he's supported him for a long time now and will support him again in the future.
