Christopher Marquette made his feature film debut at the age of 8 in "Sweet Nothing." He received a crash course in piano for his starring role in "The Tic Code," in which he portrayed a jazz prodigy who suffers from Tourette's Syndrome, and more recently starred in "Freddy vs. Jason" and "The Girl Next Door."
His other television credits include regular roles in "Pasadena" and "Aliens in the Family," a recurring role in "Strong Medicine" and guest-starring roles in "Law & Order," "ER," "Beverly Hills 90210" and on CBS, two episodes of "Touched by an Angel." He has also done voice-over work as a regular in the animated series "The Kids from Room 402," "Lloyd in Space" and "The Mummy."
Marquette's theater credits include a Broadway production of "An Inspector Calls" and the role of Tiny Tim in "A Christmas Carol" at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.
He was born in Stuart, Florida, and spent his early childhood in Dallas before his family relocated to New York City and, later, Los Angeles to support his career aspirations. His birth date is October 3.
