You know what's boring? Poetry. Know what's even more boring? Romantic poetry. So guess what I have to do an extra credit assignment on. That's right. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. See, I fell asleep just talking about it. I'm being punished by the All Knowing One. Again. Even though he's the one who should be in trouble. Breaking into my daydreams! What's up with that? Is there nowhere I can be safe? I haven't been able to pee since. Talk about Big Brother…

Okay, hold everything! I just met Adam's assistant, Stevie. Stevie is a SHE. A blonde she. A cute, perky, obnoxious, gotta be brain-dead she. First of all, what does he need an assistant for anyway? And what does he need an attractive, female assistant for? He's not Donald Trump. I mean I know she's not his type and he completely assured me that there was nothing to worry about. But still…I don't have to like her. Hussy.

You know those daydreams I've been having? Where Adam and I are a successful couple attending one of his art openings? Stevie snuck into one. And, I admit, so did Roger. Why am I letting this stuff get to me? I'm a master Rock Paper Scissors player, so I know all about the psyche-out. And I am definitely psyching myself out. That's no way to win. Aaaaaaarrrrrghggggggggghh! I kissed Roger. There, I said it. It's out. What do I do, what do I do?? I'm such an idiot! And who does he think he is? Making a move like that on a married woman. Okay, not married, but you know what I mean. Where are his manners? He kissed me, right? So…surely I can't be blamed. My lips were just…in the way. Right?

Love is complicated, right? That's what the Big Man says, so I have to go with it. I came clean with Adam. It was weird and I knew he was hurt but he was such a sweetheart about it. He admitted to liking all the attention from Stevie so I guess we're even. I get now what Ye Almighty meant about a difference between love and romance. I was just swept up in the idea of Roger. The romance and everything. But real love is where it's at. And I'm willing to work for it with Adam. The weirdest part about all of this though? Stevie has the hots for Friedman. Can you believe it? That's one sick floozy…

Holy crap! I just found out the Garage Fest is coming. It's a huge outdoor festival with tons of cool bands and DJs and art tents and all kinds of cool stuff. I'm so glad Adam and me are okay again because we totally have to go!
