Candace Campfield, Joanna Krupa & Alicia Hall
The first Model in tonight's Semi-Finals was Candace Campfield. "Blessed art thou, oh Lord our God, who gave us this girl," commented Ben Stein as he gave her 5 stars. Carol Leifer sang her score: "Supermodel work, I gave you 5 stars!" Kelly Rowland also gave Candace 5 stars, and Naomi Judd gave her 4 stars, asking, "If love is blind, why are bikinis so popular?"
Second up in the Model category was Joanna Krupa. When she had finished her Swimsuit Walk, Ben Stein pronounced her "finger lickin' good, but up against very stiff competition," and gave her 4 stars. Calling Joanna an "absolute knockout," Carol Leifer gave her 4 stars. Kelly Rowland also gave Joanna 4 stars, telling her, "You were wonderful!" Naomi Judd delivered her score in one rapid-fire line: "With some glitz, glamour, clamor, flash and flare, with spunk to spare, 5 stars!"
After Alicia Hall rounded out the Model Semi-Finals, Ben Stein gave her 4 stars, explaining, "The absolutely best legs on the face of the earth, but a little nervous going down the walkway." Carol Leifer also gave Alicia 4 stars, adding, "I still would like to borrow your legs for the weekend." "Girl, just give me the hair!" quipped Kelly Rowland, giving Alicia another 4 stars. Naomi Judd gave Alicia 3 stars, telling her, "I could see you on sellavision."
The judges favored Candace with 19 stars, and the home audience agreed with their decision. With 35 stars, Candace Campfield won the Model Semi-Finals and will walk into the Finals with Porschla Coleman next Thursday, February 6 at 8pm ET/PT.
