SURVIVOR Host: There are tons of great questions, so let's get started! If you're just joining us, we're chatting live with Ethan Zohn. To ask Ethan a question, please type it in the space below and click "Ask the Survivor." We'll get to as many of your questions as we can. Let's get started!

Hi Ethan! Welcome, and thanks for being here to chat with us today.

Ethan Zohn: Thank you. Hi, how's everyone doing? I've been looking forward to this all day. I can't wait to get to some questions!

Slater: Ethan, did you really think you'd win after falling off the stump on the last Immunity Challenge?
Ethan Zohn: No but Kim J. and I had a really strong bond. You know, she thought the world of me, I thought the world of her, so I wasn't super surprised that she picked me. Until I saw my name on that last little piece of paper, I had no idea I was going to win.

kat5561: I saw it reported that the reason you lost that last challenge was because the cameraman "lost his lunch" right by your post. True?
Ethan Zohn: [laughs] That is true. He did lose his lunch several times in front of me; however, I cannot put any blame on him. It was my own mistake: my body just couldn't take it any more, and I fainted. It didn't help that one of my biggest fears is vomit, and when you see someone yawn, you yawn...that type of thing.

Lexfan: Did you ever intentionally lose a Reward or an Immunity Challenge so you wouldn't be viewed as a large threat?
Ethan Zohn: I didn't intentionally lose. However, sometimes I didn't try 100%. The puzzle challenge with Silas--I really wanted Silas off 'cuz he was a threat to me, so we didn't try out hardest on that challenge. I wouldn't say I threw the challenge, but we didn't try out hardest 'cuz I don't like to fix things or throw things on purpose.

aussie_chick: What made you ultimately decide to try out for SURVIVOR?
Ethan Zohn: Well, I had gotten hired at a full time job and then fired the night before I was supposed to start. My friends and I were trying to figure out how to make some money, and my friends and I were trying to get me on SURVIVOR. It was almost a joke, and we never really thought it would work. It worked, obviously, and worked out great!

ILoveKimP: Are there any questions from the Jury members that you wish you had answered differently?
Ethan Zohn: No, not even. I was proud and happy that I told Brandon right to his face that he did not deserve to be up there next to me. I wasn't going to sugar-coat anything just to get someone's vote.
