FAQ
- What kinds of Challenges are there?
There are two kinds. One is the Reward Challenge, in which Survivors compete for luxuries, such as a good meal or a hot shower. The second is the Immunity Challenge, in which Survivors compete for the most valuable prize: immunity from being voted off the island at the next Tribal Council. The Tribe winning an Immunity Challenge does not have to vote one of its own out at the end of a three-day period, whereas the losing Tribe does.
- Is communication from the outside world allowed?
No. These people are truly stranded in Panama.
- What will happen to the Survivors once they are voted out?
After being voted out, the Survivor will make one final comment, which airs during the final credits of the show. (For a longer version of these Final Words, check out "Final Words" on the SURVIVOR homepage.) At that point, the Survivor is no longer part of a tribe, but he or she is at least able to take a shower and to get a hot meal right away!
