Chris C. tells James and Deanna that eleven years ago he used to work at this Macy’s, so designing a window here is like a dream come true for him. He’s full of ideas, and Deanna thinks it’s cute to see him so excited, but she also finds his lack of focus “kind of grating at times.” Nevertheless, Chris C. can’t stop smiling. “I came here to win, and I’ve got my eye on the prize. It feels like it’s meant to be.”

Later, the three finalists arrive at Sweetface Fashions, J.Lo Headquarters, and meet Jennifer Lopez face to face. They chat with Jennifer and ask her questions about how she went about creating her lifestyle brand. “The best piece of advice I can give you is to put your gut, your heart, all that is you into it,” says Jennifer.
