Mr. Hilfiger arrives in front of Macy’s with supermodel Naomi Campbell, who is going to help judge the windows. First up is Elizabeth. “My lifestyle is sophisticated comfort,” she explains. “So it’s about comfort, loving your life from morning to noon to night, really owning who you want to be.” Her models walk in and out of the window wearing a modern suit, a classic red evening dress, and pajamas and a robe.

Princess’ window is full of scaffolding and traffic lights. “What I did was urban chic,” she says. “Mixing business, sexy, savvy, sultry with street.” Princess notes that her men’s blazer can be turned into a vest, and points out that the glass buttons on her women’s jacket were imported from France. She also knitted the dress by hand. “You have really rich, luxurious fabrics here,” notes Naomi.

Next up is Chris C. “My whole style has always been about taking classic and mixing it with urban,” he explains, noting that the reversible tweed jacket is 100% wool on the outside and 100% cashmere on the inside. ”I come from the streets, so that dynamic scene right there is what my life is about. It’s chaos with neatness.”
