Build It: In Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, USA, Teams needed to use the materials provided to build a miniature, working watermill. While not physically demanding, proper assembly could take a long time. The families who chose this option were the Weavers, the Godlewskis, the Schroeders, the Rogers, the Paolos, the Blacks and the Bransens.

Buggy It: To complete Buggy It, Teams had to transport a traditional Amish buggy along a 1.5-mile course with two members riding in it. The task was physically demanding, but Teams with enough muscle could finish quickly. The Gaghan, Aiello and Linz families got a workout.
