FRACTURED "FRIENDSHIP" LINKS
The Power of Veto Competition is called as the girls prepare to face off for their BIG BROTHER 6 survival. "The Missing Link" is set up as a chain of hidden clues. The HouseGuests have to uncover the questions and clues and answer them with the correct HouseGuest's face. The clues are set up as a chain. By placing the correct HouseGuest's faces to the right and left side of the clues, they link each answer to the next clue. Each clue leads into the next, so each has to be correct before the overall chain will work. When the chain is complete, they press their button, which rings when correct and buzzes when incorrect. The girls have trouble getting all their links correct, and even "brainy Janey" finds the competition a challenge. Call it a stroke of luck or of genius, but Ivette completes the chain to win the Golden Power of Veto.
"Mommy, I told you!" she screams, taking a victory lap around the backyard. Janelle is amused, scoffing, "Yes Mommy, I did it, Mommy, oh Mommy!" When Janey places the Veto around Ivette's neck, the "Spicy Latina" screams, "I'm in the final three!" April is hurt, tearfully accusing Ivette of being rude in her competition celebration. April addresses the issue in the gym, accusing Ivette of handling herself in a poor way and not winning "with grace." "I just saved my ass out there, and you don't want me to jump with joy?" Ivette yells, outraged, leaving the other girls to their "alone time." April breaks down into tears of manipulation, as Mags empathizes but continues her exercise unabated. April heads up to the HoH Room to weep to Janey. Janelle admits her sweet-friend-act is strategy: "Yeah, I'm trying to get a vote; never hurts!" After comforting her, Janey confides her plan is working, "Yup, April said she'd vote for me if was me and Ivette," hinting that if she makes it another week, she is going to take Ivette to the final round.
Ivette faces down April again over her assumed bad sportsmanship. April lays the heavy guilt trip on her before Ivette fires back, confronting April about asking Maggie not to fight for the Veto. "How do you think that made me feel?" she sneers, leaving April speechless.
