It's Bob's Birthday and Wendy has a brilliant idea. Everyone has to pretend that they've forgotten Bob's Birthday but then surprise him later with a big party. Bob is very disappointed when he thinks no-one has remembered his Birthday and feeling fed up goes off with Scoop and Lofty to mend farmer Pickles stable wall. Meanwhile Wendy gets on with baking the Birthday cake. Dizzy and Muck seeing how easily Wendy mixes together the ingredients decide they should also make Bob a cake - a concrete cake, but it's not as easy as they think! Everyone helps to get the party organised - even greedy Spud helps put the candles on the cake after Wendy discovers him trying to steal a slice.
