CBS Evening News | "Unabomber" Ted Kaczynski died of apparent suicide

Ted Kaczynski, the man known as the Unabomber, died in prison of an apparent suicide at age 81, authorities said. He had served 25 years after being sentenced to multiple life sentences for a string of bombings between 1978 and 1995 that killed three and injured more than 20 others. Air Date: Jun 12, 2023
