CBS Evening News | New website launched to help flyers

The Department of Transportation launched a new website on Thursday that lets air travelers know what they're owed when a flight is disrupted. The website breaks down the different rights passengers have when an airline delays or cancels their flight because of a staffing or mechanical issue.
