Joshua Riibe was the last person seen with University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki before she went missing while in the Dominican Republic. His attorney said his passport has been confiscated by Dominican authorities and he is confined to a hotel. However, authorities emphasize he is not a suspect, because it is not a criminal investigation.
